Try Grouville bay, there is so much of it and hundreds of rings and jewellery have been lost there over the years, there is still loads to find.
any beach will do but keep off the SSI listed areas please, don't go on the ancient forest areas, the peat bogs and the wreck site under the first tower sewer outlet, keep away from disturbing boat moorings, try to leave the beaches as you found them, so fill in holes and take the scrap cans etc home or bin them or save it for the scrap merchant,Cool  careful with lumps of rusty steel, sometimes they contain live artilitary rounds which can explode if treated roughly. if you do find ammunition leave it on the beach, try to mark the spot for Stuart to recover it later.
if you do a little research it will pay off, but mainly you need luck and perseverance. good luck . Very Happy
