Interesting Programme But why were the detectorists edited out?
Ref: the Gorey Castle Episode.................
Well,
apart from a very distant shot of Ken near the JCB I dident see anyone else detecting
or hear of any finds they found, no credit to our Society for helping?
nothing changes then

Re: time team programme dates
No Garrick got in a couple of shots as well, he had a flouresant belt on, I didnt see dereck though, I kept seeing myself in the background as I was wearing a red hardhat. No credit is ever given to the detectorists, anyhow, but a fairly boring program really, the war tunnels episode was much more interesting. They didnt even show the piece of statue I found just waffled on about a few bits of iron age pottery and a flake of flint. Chris Aubin came accross pretty well, and olga of course. but all said,I believe we as a society have gained some respect and a lot of credability by taking part. its much better to get involved than watch from the sidelines I say.
